Yo. I took an un-earned nap after practice. I almost got K.O.ed today! Practice was really tough. Here's what I did:1x500 free warm up5x200 free on 2:501x900 free (I was supposed to do that set 3 times)1x200 freeThen I got K.O.ed. Coach Connie kept us out of the water for 30 minutes and lectured us. She told us to get back in the water do this set fly:5x200 fly on 3:151x1000 fly1x50 swim downI did medicine ball for dry land and left. Coach Connie said I only had one good practice this week, and it wasn't today!-Flea
Sorry about the gap. Anyway, I had an awesome swim meet this Saturday and Sunday! We also got new caps, and they're silicone! Which are a LOT more comfortable than latex. I swam the 100 i.m., 50 breastroke, 100 fly, 100 breasroke, 50 fly, and the 200 free. My best event was the 200 free because I dropped 11 seconds, concluding a time of 2:21.96. It was a great race. I didn't go to swim practice today because I had music lessons, but I will tomorrow. Oh, and one more thing. There will be a three-day meet in two weeks! I have to swim the 500 free which I'm not looking forward to. I'd rather swim the 400 i.m.

Yo. I'm only asking this 'cause I'm getting really confused. I'm doing a science fair project on "Turning Algae into Biodiesel" and I'm a horrible researcher. So, I would like to know, Why does our economy need biodiesel? Really, I'm stuck. My dad won't help me, so I'm going to other people for help. Thanks!-Flea
I'm in pain right now, but today wasn't that hard! After practice, Coach Connie told me good job without asking her. That means I did really good. Here was our set:Warm Up1x500 freeSet14x75 free on 1:20Main Set5x100 free on 1:303x200 fly on 3:455x100 free on 1:303x200 back on 3:455x100 free on 1:303x200 breast on 3:455x100 free on 1:303x200 i.m. on 3:45Warm Down1x100After that, we did dryland consisting of medicine balls. I left early. In my opinion, I prefer mornings because I do better. Since I'm at school all day, I get really tired. And to come home just to go to swim practice. Not good. This Monday I'm not going to practice. -Flea
Yo. Today wasn't easy or hard, it was in the middle. I was threatened to be moved down to the first lane, but the threat was never carried out. Here's what we did:1x500 free warm up5x300 w/ paddles and buoy on 4:001x200 i.m. on 3:301x400 i.m. on 6:301x800 i.m. on 13:00We did that three times.1x100 free swim downAfter that, we did dryland. Which concluded of lunges around the pool two times, medicine ball exercises, and fifty toe lifts. We're doing dry land on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays. Yesterday, we just started stroke, and there is a swim meet next weekend (I think). Coach Connie's sets aren't so hard anymore!-Flea
Yo. Sorry about not posting in a while, I'll post on the weekend now. Coach Connie has been killing us! Practice has been so hard lately, one of her main sets (was it wednesday?) was 6,000 yards by itself! Next week is going to be a little easier (hopefully). I'm also back in school and still trying to adjust to my schedule. I'm going to be at Monday afternoon practices until I have piano and guitar lessons again. If not, I have to do fly and start the set with the other kids in my lane. Swimming is such a busy life!
Yo. Sorry about the space in between posts. Have you heard about Tropical Storm Fay? Well, I'm posting this post during it. Anyway, swim practice was cancelled yesterday because the owner of the pool thinks it was dangerous yesterday. I went to school yesterday! And I actually wanted to swim too. I'm probably going to swim on Wednesday. Nothings really happening but that and Tropical Storm Fay right now. -Flea
