Fly Isn't Better Than Being K.O.ed.

Yo. I took an un-earned nap after practice. I almost got K.O.ed today! Practice was really tough. Here's what I did:

1x500 free warm up

5x200 free on 2:50
1x900 free
(I was supposed to do that set 3 times)

1x200 free

Then I got K.O.ed. Coach Connie kept us out of the water for 30 minutes and lectured us. She told us to get back in the water do this set fly:

5x200 fly on 3:15
1x1000 fly

1x50 swim down

I did medicine ball for dry land and left. Coach Connie said I only had one good practice this week, and it wasn't today!
